As usual always brought along with me ready made dumpling skin together with wonton skin at I am now that because to make my self honestly not able enough to make as thin as they are suppose to be, the other hand it is impossible to buy ready made one here as I know none of Chinese cold storage available. Hello, here Goa (India)
This month--February theme for Jugalbandi Click Event is FLOUR, it is pretty challenging as flour it self is very fine in texture and consistency in various kind of foods.

It looks swirl from above doesn’t it? Hopefully I am not make ugly swirl according to your sight--ops!!

I rolled pack of ready made dumpling skin together and lightly tightened up with golden string to make the thing steady enough to support the very breakable and fine texture of dumpling skin then I choose my preferable angle as you seen now.

before i decided to choose my above picture angle.
